Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

LiveFlex is a live-stream simulator. It creates a fake, private preview of what a live stream could look like — simulated viewers, comments, and gifts — entirely on your own device. It does not publish anything, does not broadcast you to real viewers, and does not require an account. This policy explains what little data the app touches and where it goes.

1. Information we collect

LiveFlex does not require you to create an account or sign in. The only information you provide is used to run the simulation locally on your device:

None of the above is sent to LiveFlex, since LiveFlex has no backend server to send it to.

2. Camera

If you enable the camera preview or the "AI comments" feature, LiveFlex accesses your camera to show a live preview and, optionally, to detect what's in frame using an on-device model (TensorFlow.js) so simulated viewers can react to it.

Camera frames are processed on your device. They are never uploaded, stored, or sent to LiveFlex or any third party.

3. Microphone

If you enable the "AI comments" feature, LiveFlex may listen for speech so simulated viewers can react to what you say. This uses your device's built-in speech-recognition service (typically provided by Android/Google), which may process audio on that service's servers according to its own terms — LiveFlex itself does not receive, store, or transmit this audio.

If you use the optional screen-recording feature, the microphone may also be recorded into the saved video file (see below).

4. Screen recording

If you turn on recording, LiveFlex saves a video file directly to your device's gallery (Movies/LiveFlex). This file stays on your device — LiveFlex does not upload it anywhere. You control if and when it's shared, deleted, or exported.

5. Purchases

Premium subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are handled entirely by Google Play Billing. LiveFlex never sees or stores your payment details — Google processes the transaction and simply tells the app whether you're a paying subscriber.

6. Notifications

If you allow notifications, LiveFlex may schedule a local reminder on your device (e.g. after you've been away for a day) to invite you back. This is scheduled and delivered entirely on-device — no notification server or third-party push service is involved.

7. Advertising

Free-tier users see ads, served by Google AdMob, to help keep LiveFlex free. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, under Google's own privacy policy — LiveFlex does not control or store this data itself. Where required by your region (for example the EU/UK), you'll be shown a consent prompt before any personalized ads are requested. Premium subscribers never see ads. See Google's Privacy Policy for how AdMob handles data.

8. Data sharing

Outside of the ads described above, we do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. LiveFlex contains no analytics or tracking SDKs.

9. Data retention and deletion

Everything LiveFlex stores lives in local app storage on your device. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in your device settings, permanently deletes it. There is no server-side account to request deletion from, because none exists.

10. Children's privacy

LiveFlex includes an age gate at first launch and is not directed at children. It should not be used by anyone under the minimum age it requires.

11. Trademarks

LiveFlex lets you preview what a live stream could look like in the visual style of several well-known platforms. LiveFlex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or Twitch. All product names, logos, and brands referenced are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change too. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
